We support clients by utilizing resources to increase awareness as we work to implement measurable strategies that support inclusion and belonging. We do this by assessing the organizational structure, facilities, budget, public documents, policies and procedures and obtaining meaningful input from stakeholders, employees, etc. We provide continuous feedback, training, and coaching throughout the engagement and we coordinate with your team to determine and finalize assessment details and implementation strategies.
